John Caputo Co founded MyLeadPod in 2015 as a revolutionary tool for businesses, charities, sports clubs & sales people from any industry to create their very own custom Cash reward program. Over the past two decades John has spent his time negotiating sales contracts with clients from different parts of the world. John has employed, trained and managed some of Australia’s finest BDM’s & sales people. John is also the Author of “John Caputo's real estate tips & advice” & www.CaputoActivitybooks.com.au which is currently used by the number one selling Hyundai car dealership in the world. John continues to give back to the community; Founding the www.uihc.com.au in 2015, an annual Ice Hockey charity event in support of Telethon. John has also represented Australia in Ice hockey & inline hockey.

Goran prides himself on his effective communication, strategic sales, leadership, people management and team building skills, fostering an environment of cooperation and ownership towards the pursuit of collective goals.
Alex Todorovic is a business advisor with over 18 years’ experience working across reputable and successful ASX listed companies as a management accountant, CFO, process improvement specialist and business broker. This experience has provided Alex with a unique set of skills and knowledge which she now uses to educate, empower and coach business owners to achieve their goals and achieve continuous and sustainable growth.
